Choose this option if you are reserving a parking spot for the first time!

Spots marked "reserved" are unavailable.

Click here to pay to reserve your parking spot. You will indicate your top 3 parking space numbers for selection. Parking spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. You will be contacted via e-mail by a cheer coach to confirm your spot number. DO NOT begin painting until you are contacted.

Map will be updated regularly, but may not reflect spots that have been reserved since the last update.

Once your space is assigned, and your design is approved, you will receive an e-mail with your assigned space number and location. After this, you may begin painting your approved design WITH AN ADULT PRESENT THE ENTIRE TIME at any time that the parking lot is unoccupied on the following dates: Saturday, August 1 (any time) Sunday, August 2 (any time) Monday, August 3 after 6:00pm Tuesday, August 4 after 6:00pm PLEASE DO NOT PAINT- Wednesday, August 5, or Thursday, August 6  Friday, August 7 after 6:00pm Saturday, August 8 after 6:00pm Sunday, August 9 (any time) Friday, August 14 after 6:00pm Saturday, August 15 (any time) Sunday, August 16 (any time) If you wish to paint at a time other than these designated times, please contact a cheer coach or an AHS principal for permission.  Remember: NO PAINTING DURING SCHOOL BUSINESS HOURS (6:30AM-6:00PM MONDAY-FRIDAY) NO BLOCKING OFF PARKING SPACES IN ANY WAY DURING SCHOOL BUSINESS HOURS (6:30AM-6:00PM MONDAY-FRIDAY) ANYTHING DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY AHS ADMINISTRATION MUST BE PAINTED OVER WITHIN 48 HOURS OR THE CHEERLEADERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETELY COVER IT WITH SOLID BLACK OR WHITE PRIMER. School buildings and restrooms WILL NOT be available during paint nights. All school exterior water faucets require a key that we do not have access to, so no water will be provided.

I have read, understand, and agree with all pages of the Guideline and Agreement Packet linked HERE.

I understand that I must submit my design to Lacy Hollingsworth via e-mail at lhollingsworth@axtellisd.net BEFORE I will be assigned an official parking space number.

If I stray from the approved design and it is deemed inappropriate by school administration for any reason, I will be contacted to paint over it within 48 hours. After 48 hours, if I have not painted over it as requested by admin, the cheerleaders will paint over it with solid black or white primer.

I understand that I am not guaranteed to receive one of my top 3 choices. If all of these spots are taken, I will be contacted to select from spaces that were available at the time of my submission and payment through SuccessFund.

I understand and agree that a parent/guardian or other approved adult will be present the ENTIRE time we are painting this parking spot.

Once assigned a parking space number, you and a parent/guardian may paint your parking space any time the parking lot is unoccupied on the following days:

  • Saturday, August 2 after 12:00pm (noon)

  • Sunday, August 3 (any time)

  • Friday, August 8 after 6:00pm

  • Saturday, August 9 after 6:00pm

  • Sunday, August 10 (any time)

  • Friday, August 15 after 6:00pm

  • Saturday, August 16 (any time)

  • Sunday, August 17 (any time)

If you need to come on another day/time, you must contact a cheer coach to make an appointment.

*Remember that the parking lot is under the surveillance of cameras at all times and any unacceptable behavior, destruction of property, or unsupervised painting will be handled by AHS administration as a disciplinary infraction.
