Calling all 3rd–8th graders – come train with the West High Girls & Boys Basketball Teams for two mornings of skills, fun, and friendly competition!

📍 Location: West High School Gym
💰 Cost: $25 (Includes a West High T-Shirt!)

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
