I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. By clicking below I acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in sporting activities and do hereby consent for my child to participate in the sporting events referred to herein. I further agree to waive any and claims of liability against Mountain Crest High School and its employees including, but not limited to, its coaches, staff and all those hired to participate in the event. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
