I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in the Mini Cheer event hosted by the Springville High School cheer team. I release Springville High School and the district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
