Northlake 6th Grade Challenge Course

We know that things don’t always go as planned! Because of the transportation issue during the Northlake 6th Grade Field Trip to Ophir Canyon Education Center on Friday, May 15, we want to make things right. To ensure no one misses out, we have created a special make-up Challenge Course session for all students who were unable to participate. Please be sure to register your student no later than Friday, June 5, 2026, to ensure their spot.

When: Wednesday, June 10th

Where: All classes will begin at Tooele High School at 7:45 am and will return to Tooele High School at 12:00 pm. Each student will receive lunch. Students should come prepared with sturdy shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle.

The Perks:

Total Cost: $0. It’s completely free!
Food: We’ve got lunch, snacks, and water covered.

Delivery Instructions

Please meet at Tooele High School at 7:45 am. You will need to bring your email confirmation to scan in as well as your CHALLENGE COURSE WAIVER. Please contact TEF at 435-833-8791 with any questions.

CHALLENGE COURSE WAIVER - Print and Sign and bring with you on June 10

Attention: A signed Challenge Course Waiver is MANDATORY for all participants who choose to participate in the Ophir Canyon Education Center Challenge Course while at STEM Camp. Students must bring this form, signed by a parent or legal guardian, on the day of their STEM class. Please note that students without a completed waiver will be unable to participate in this activity.
