DMS Fall Festival

Vendors are invited to reserve a 10x10 space for just $25 to showcase and sell their products. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the community — you keep 100% of your sales, and all booth fees go toward supporting Duluth Middle School programs.

Please note: Food vendors will need to provide a valid Food Service License in order to participate. Let’s make this a fun, family-friendly evening to remember — we hope to see you there!

• Complete this form

• The registration fee will reserve a 10 x 10 foot space for you to set up. 10 x 20 is an additional $25.

• Vendors will need to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs (if desired) for the fair.

• Set up will begin at 3pm.

• Vehicles will not be allowed in the bus lanes for set up time.

• We will not provide carts for loading and unloading so we suggest you bring your own.

• You will be assigned to a specific booth number as we get closer to the event.

• The event runs from 5-7pm.

• The registration fee is Non-refundable.

• The festival will go on as planned, rain or shine.

• With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed

• Food vendors must provide a copy of a valid Food Service License by 10/15/25.

• DMS will not handle money or transactions, this must be the responsibility of the seller.

• ELECTRICITY is available. You must bring your own extension cord.

• WIFI will not be available.
