Registration

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering may be photographed and/or recorded during this event hosted by the school. I grant the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers permission to use such photographs and recordings for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and printed materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and any right to compensation or ownership related to such use. I have read and understand this photo release, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
