Upload sponsor artwork here for review and approval by the FBISD Enterprise Funds department prior to production or installation.
All designs must comply with FBISD advertising standards and include the required disclaimer.
When uploading artwork for review, please ensure that:
Artwork Format – Files must be submitted in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
Design Dimensions – Use the correct size and ratio based on the advertising placement (banners).
Resolution – Minimum 300 DPI for print
Brand Accuracy – Artwork must reflect the exact logo, colors, and tagline approved by the advertiser.
Disclaimer Requirement – Every paid advertisement must include the FBISD emblem.
Content Guidelines – No profanity, political, religious, alcohol, or tobacco references are permitted. Content must align with district policy GKB (Community Relations – Advertising and Fundraising).
Naming Convention – Label files as:
SchoolName_AdvertiserName_PlacementType_Date
(Example: ClementsHS_Laynes_BusWrap_2025.pdf)
Approval Timeline – Allow up to 10 business days for review and district approval. Do not produce or display any ad until written approval has been received.
