You are registering for the ATI TEAS 7 Test. Please allow 3-4 hours for your testing session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to testing. Please bring the following on the day of testing:

1. Valid ID (this is required, no ID no test)

2. Please bring payment receipt

3. If you have previously taken the TEAS test, you will need to know your username and

password. Please bring this information with you for testing.

4. Please add this to your calendar. Rescheduling is subject to an additional rescheduling fee.

Applicants can only test once (1) per month, for a total of three (3) attempts per year.

Once a test date is booked, you are not entitled to a refund! However, you may reschedule a test once only!
