The Bondy Speed, Strength, and Open Gym Camp is designed to help boys improve overall athletic performance through structured strength training, speed development, and supervised open gym activities. Campers will work on agility, conditioning, and fundamental movement skills in a fun, supportive environment that encourages both skill development and confidence. This camp is ideal for athletes of all experience levels looking to stay active and continue improving throughout the summer.
