Our pickles are handcrafted in small batches by students as part of their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects. Each jar reflects hands-on learning in food production, from preparation and flavor development to packaging and presentation.

Using carefully selected ingredients, students create bold and balanced flavors—from classic brine to garlic-infused and spicy varieties. Every batch is made with attention to detail, emphasizing quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.
