Dear Parents:


The 7th Grade Honors English at O. P. Norman Jr. High are traveling to Wylie Theater in Dallas, Texas for an educational presentation of the play “Christmas Carol” Students will be attending on Tuesday,  December 15, 2026. There is  $22.00 cost to the students. Students will need to provide their own spending money for lunch.  We will have lunch at the North Park Mall.

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
