Pay by Purchase Order Feature

We would love to see an option added under the offline payments to record payment as "PURCHASE ORDER". A bonus would be if you could include a box for the PO Number as well. This would be used for our school store. Most of our business is in-house and it would make tracking much more efficient and accurate if we could do this.

This would be very helpful when visiting schools make purchases from our concession stands. Many schools send purchasing cards with their teams, but many still pay by check/PO.

We are pleased to announce that we've implemented a new Purchase Order payment type for offline transactions. Hopefully it meets the use cases you both have outlined.
Where it shows up:
The transaction detail page lists the payment method and the PO number.
The Payment Types export has a PO Number column, so you can match sales to POs in a spreadsheet.
The Payments Received summary on your results dashboard breaks out purchase orders as their own line under Offline Payments, next to Cash and Check.

This is great! To make it even more efficient for the owner of the campaign, could additional information be included on the receipt: School Name (ours) and the PO Number? This makes it easy on the receiving end for that coach to print their receipt to turn in to their office to process a check.
