Along with gaining experience from the Deer Creek Cheerleaders, your athletes will receive a custom Deer Creek Cheer t-shirt and snacks each day of the clinic and on game day.

Please include both athletes first and last name separated by the word "and"

Please type participant's name followed by their age. Athletes 3-14 years old only please.

For example: "John Creek 7 years old and John Deer 8 years old"

*Waiver agreement

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
