All members will gain membership at the MVHS, Georgia & National DECA levels.

_____ Basic Professional Member $25.00 

_____ Bronze Professional Member $40.00 (Helps with transportation costs and competitive event materials)

_____ Silver Professional Member $70.00 (Covers the expenses for one student to attend REGION competition)

_____ Gold Professional Member $90.00 (Defrays the costs of DECA blazers - mandatory for students at all competitions) 

_____ Platinum Professional Member $100.00 (Defrays costs of state and international competitions)

Each member level will receive an annual DECA shirt.

With every 50 members we receive 1 extra spot for our student competitors – help us to get as many as possible! All levels of support are greatly appreciated.

Professional Membership

As a professional member of MVHS DECA you can be involved as little or as much as your schedule allows. Please select the areas (below) that you are interested in supporting.

  • Competition and Conferences - Preparations, Registration, Pre-Competition Seminar, Mentor Competitors, DECA  Prep Seminar, Locker Decorations, Study Materials, Folders, Food/Drink Donations,  Travel Arrangements, Finance, Itineraries 

  • Event Coordination and Fundraising - National DECA Week, DECA Fashion Show, End of Year Party/Banquet, Sponsorships for Regional, State and/or International Competitions, Fall Rally

  • Scholarships Locate funding for various scholarships i.e, Senior Scholarship, Needs-Based Scholarships, National DECA Scholarship Availability, Professional Organization Scholarships  

  • Officers - Leadership Development and Training, Themed Parties and End of the Year Party 

  • Guest Speaker - Visit the DECA Marketing classrooms or meetings to share your experiences on a business related topic

  • Field Trip/Conference Chaperone - Regional, State and/or International Competitions (overnight), Fall Rally - Six Flags, Social Events
