This is for those that only want to participate in the Mini Clinic, not members of the Youth Program.

Thank you for registering! Registration will be on the 26th starting at 4:45! Please make sure your cheerleader where's something they can move in, tennis shoes, and leaves anything they might lose at home!

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
