Spectrum Academy Coffee Cart

The Spectrum Academy Coffee Cart serves as a hands-on learning hub within our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program, providing students with valuable real-world work experience and foundational job skills. The cart operates as a bustling micro-business where student baristas serve a wide variety of beverages—including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cider, cold brewed coffee drinks, Fairlife protein chocolate milk, and a selection of popular energy drinks. To top off the experience, students also offer fresh bakery treats like muffins, danishes, and flaky croissants, helping them build customer service, inventory management, and teamwork skills one order at a time.
