Queen Bee Crowns and Cradles Wrestling Camp

The Queen Bee Crowns and Cradles Wrestling Camp is a girls-only wrestling clinic designed for athletes ages 5–18. This camp offers young athletes a supportive, empowering environment to learn fundamental skills and advanced techniques from experienced collegiate clinicians.

Clinicians:

Bridger Ricks: 4x Utah High School State Champion (Box Elder HS)

  • NCAA Division I Top-25 Ranking

  • NWCA Scholar-All-American

Marina Figueroa: Experienced college clinician specializing in high-level women's wrestling techniques and coaching.

Camp Schedule & Structure

The camp consists of 3 sessions totaling 6 hours of hands-on instruction. Each fun, interactive, intensive session is 2 hours long.

  • Friday, September 25, 2026

    • Session 1: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Evening fundamentals)

  • Saturday, September 26, 2026

    • Session 2: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Morning technique)

    • Break: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    • Session 3: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Live drills and integration)
