🙋 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Ticket Logistics How will I receive my tickets? Tickets will be sent digitally via Ticketmaster Transfer. Once our club sponsor, Cameron Johnson, processes the bulk order, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with a link to "Accept Tickets." Why do I need to provide my Ticketmaster email? This is the only way we can securely transfer your specific seats to you. Please ensure the email you provide matches the one you use to log into the Ticketmaster app. Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to get in? No. Footprint Center uses "SafeTix" barcodes that refresh every few seconds. You must show the live ticket from the Ticketmaster app or your phone's Apple/Google Wallet. The Suite Experience What is the "Hideaway Suite"? The Hideaway is a premium, large-scale social suite. Unlike a tiny private box, it offers a more lounge-like atmosphere with plenty of space to mingle with other Unified Cheer and Pom supporters. What does "All-You-Can-Eat and Drink" include? Your $80-$85 ticket includes a buffet (usually features items like hot dogs, nachos, and popcorn) and unlimited soft drinks, water, house beer, and wine. Are there actual seats in the suite? The Hideaway features a mix of barstool seating, drink rails, and lounge seating. NEW THIS YEAR! We will have row 1 and row 2 reserved for our group. Game Day & Performance What time should I arrive? Since our team is performing prior to tip-off, we recommend arriving at least 60–90 minutes early. Doors typically open 90 minutes before the 7:00 PM start time. Where do I go to see the performance? The performance takes place on the main court. Once you enter the arena, you can head toward the lower bowl sections to watch the routine before heading up to the suite for the game. Is parking included? Parking is not included in the $80-$85 ticket price. We recommend parking at 39 E Jefferson. This is an open lot that accepts card/cash and is a short walk to the arena. We also recommend taking the Valley Metro Rail, which is free with your game ticket!
