Registration includes three dance routines, snack, and either games or a Q&A session. T-Shirt is included for registrations received by October 16th.

If you would like your child to perform during pre-game on November 6th, please also purchase the “Optional Field Performance Registration.”

Early Bird registration guarantees your performer a t-shirt in their specific size.

Please let us know if your child has any medical conditions such as diabetes, asthma, allergies, etc.

By registering my child for the Jersey Village Gold Dusters Fall Dance Clinic, I grant permission for the Jersey Village Gold Dusters Parent Club and Jersey Village Gold Dusters to photograph and record my child during clinic activities and performances. I understand these images and videos may be used without compensation on social media, the team website, and in future promotional, fundraising, and marketing materials. By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this Photo & Video Release.

*Waiver agreement

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
