By filling out your information and making payment for this trip, you are agreeing to the field trip terms and conditions, including the county's insurance policy. Scholars are expected to demonstrate respectful and responsible behavior leading up to the trip. Please be aware that poor behavior will not be tolerated. Any scholar who receives an office referral between now and May 27th will not be permitted to attend the trip. Monies already paid, will not be refunded.

For your child to participate in this field trip your permission must be given. Every precaution to ensure your child’s safety will be taken. Proper instruction and supervision before and during the trip are necessities that will be guaranteed to you. It is possible that accidents over which we have no control may occur. If such is the case, it is understood that the school will not be held responsible. The school insurance is in effect from the time your child leaves home until he/she returns.
