Who: Wrestlers that are new to the sport or do not plan on wrestling at the weekend tournaments or super state.

Ages: Pre-K – 6th Grade

Dates: Practice will begin on Oct 27th. This group will practice Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00PM – 7:00 PM. This team will practice from Oct 27th – Jan 2nd. Dates may be subject to change depending on the High School wrestling Schedule.

Cost: $ 100 per wrestler and includes a T-Shirt. Each wrestler will be required to purchase a USA-limited Folkstyle Athlete Membership. This cost is $20.00 and provides secondary sports accident insurance for your wrestler. This card can be bought at www.usawmembership.com

The goal for this Team: The team will be taught the basics of wrestling. This will include basic move sets and match mechanics. Practice will be geared towards developing interest and love of the sport.
