The School Instrument Use fee must be paid if using a school instrument. As there only a limited amount of school instruments, they will be provided on a first come/first serve basis. Those having paid their instrument use fee prior to instrument distribution will receive the school instruments first.

I understand that I have been issued a school-owned instrument and am responsible for taking proper care of it and keeping it secure. I understand that the instrument remains the property of Southwest ISD and must be returned when requested. I will be responsible for any purposeful or negligent damage, as well as the loss of the instrument, including applicable repair or replacement costs.
