The cost is $40 a child which includes clinic fees, t-shirt, and dancing with the three-time state championship winning Pryor Pom Squad!

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.

I agree that Pryor Schools, PHS Pom Squad, and PHS dancers are not responsible for accidents or injuries. I agree that my child can participate in the Tiny Tiger Pom Clinic. I understand that this camp is designed to teach my child a routine for a halftime performance on December 16th. This routine is being taught by Pryor Pom Squad team members with adult supervision each day. My registering, I allow permission for my child to be photographed and used in newspapers or online.
