I understand and agree to all of the following:
➢ Payment for an instrument is $50.
➢ Payment of this fee does not guarantee a specific instrument or the age/condition of the instrument, nor does it guarantee a position in a specific musical performing organization.
➢ The student and parent/guardian are responsible for providing all accessories for the instrument, including shoulder rest, rosin, and extra strings.
➢ The student and parent/guardian are responsible for loss or damage to the musical instrument while it is in the possession of the student.
➢ This fee will not be refunded if the student leaves the school district, fails a class, withdraws from the orchestra, or is dismissed for disciplinary reasons.
➢ Insurance is not provided by the school district for any instrument. Families are encouraged to insure the instruments through household insurance riders or separate policies.
