For school-aged youth 6-18 years old.
I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
We will offer 50s of each stroke, a 100 IM, as well as men's, women's, and mixed 200 medley and 200 free relays (relays will be formed at the event).
