Pirate PTO Donations

Ahoy from the Monte Vista Pirate PTO! 🏴‍☠️

We’re a crew of passionate parents, school staff, and community members working together to make every school in the Monte Vista School District (MVSD) the best it can be! Our mission? To boost school spirit, bring families and schools closer together, and support students and staff through awesome events, volunteer work, and fundraising.

So far, we’ve thrown some pretty amazing events and completed some great projects:

🎉 Back to School Bash – Our biggest bash of the year happens the night of the first home football game. We serve up FREE meals, FREE game entry, with tons of games and fun for the whole family!

💃 Sweetheart Dance – Our first-ever Family Sweetheart Dance was a total hit! DJ, dancing, photo booths, snacks – what’s not to love?

🧢 Fundraising Sales & Festival Booths – We've sold Pirate-themed gear and participated in local events like the Crane Festival and Holiday Bazaar to raise funds.

☕ Staff Appreciation – We treated every staff member in the district to a coffee and breakfast bar during Teacher Appreciation Week.

🚰 Campus Enhancements – We've purchased water bottle filling stations and secured LOR grants for every school building to add shade structures, basketball hoops, picnic tables, and more!
