PISD Employee Payments

This online payment page provides a convenient and secure way for Pasadena ISD employees to repay the district when reimbursement is needed. Payments may include repayment for tax-exempt purchases where tax exemption was not applied, personal charges accidentally included on a district credit card, or other employee reimbursement situations approved by the district.

Employees should only submit payment after receiving instructions from the appropriate district department. Please enter the requested payment amount and include any required details, such as your name, department, invoice/reference number, or a brief note explaining the repayment. All payments are processed securely through SuccessFund. Convenience fees will apply.
