Quail Hollow Fundraiser and Fun Run Celebration!

Dear Parents,

The PTA is asking for donations in a no fuss fundraiser and silent auction to continue to provide some beneficial programs at the school. You may not know that PTA funds are used for the book fair, science night, teacher grants (used for field trips), teacher appreciation, class parties, art night, and SO MUCH MORE!! Support our school and its longstanding programs through donating today! This year, we are going to end the fundraiser with a FUN community event, the FUN RUN!

Get ready for an exciting day of laughter, movement, and community spirit at our second annual Quail Hollow Elementary School Fun Run! This vibrant event marks the grand finale of our school fundraiser, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you and your kids. Have the kids lace up their sneakers and join us for an evening filled with some fun surprises, energy, and school pride! We will hold a silent auction in conjunction with the fun run.

When: Fundraiser starts Aug 31st. The silent auction will start Sept 3 and will conclude with our FUN RUN on Friday Sept 11th from 3-5.

Where: Join us behind the school in the field at Quail Hollow. The race will only take place on school property. Parents are encouraged to bring chairs

What to Expect: A fun non-competitive run/walk where kids can jog, skip, or dance their way around the course. We’ll have music pumping, fun obstacles, and cheering stations to keep the energy high. There might even be some surprise guests that join the run!!!

The run will include a water squirt station and a giant bubble foam pit at the end of the race. Students are encouraged to wear clothes they can get wet.

Every participant gets a cool Fun Run medal if we meet our goal!

Why It’s Awesome: This event is all about celebrating our school community and the amazing support you’ve shown during our fundraiser. Whether your child sprints like a cheetah or strolls with friends, everyone’s a winner!
