About the R.A.R.E. Gs

The R.A.R.E. Gs Male Mentoring and Leadership Group at The G.I.V.E. Center East operates under the Gwinnett County Public Schools Community-Based Mentoring Program and is built on a proven framework for developing future leaders.

Our mentees meet weekly to discuss real-life topics such as:
Leadership • Respect • Decision-Making • Self-Worth • Resilience • Conflict Resolution • Finances • Higher Education • Career Exploration • The Power of Vision

Each week, our young men also dress professionally — proudly wearing their gold and black neckties — as a symbol of pride, discipline, and unity.
