We invite local businesses to participate in our Trunk-or-Treat Car Show by hosting a vendor booth.

In lieu of a booth fee, please provide an item to donate to our silent auction ( gift basket, gift card, or service) valued at $100 or more. Auction proceeds directly support Spectrum Academy programs and students.

Booth spaces are provided, but exhibitors are responsible for supplying everything needed to operate their booth, including:

• Table

• Chairs

• Signage and marketing materials

• Interactive activity to engage with our community (no latex products allowed)

Please note that electricity and Wi-Fi may not be available. Exhibitors are responsible for setup, staffing their booth throughout the event, and removing all materials at the conclusion of the event.
