Sports Medicine Equipment Replacement Fee

Sports Medicine Equipment Replacement Fee: Please return any checked-out Sports Medicine/Athletic Training items or pay the replacement fee by May 18th. Seniors must clear all items or fees to receive your diploma/transcript. Payments can be made online through SuccessFund

If dropping off the checked out item, please make sure athlete's first name, last name, & ID# are included. Item should be dropped off to the front office addressed to either: Shelli Washburn, Laws Kidwell-Cox, or Jon Rueter. If dropping off to either Athletic Training Facility: This must be before school (6:45am HS/MPF), during athlete's athletic period (HS/MPF), or after school (MPF).
