The Timpanogos Freshman Feeder League is open to girls entering grades 6–9. No previous volleyball experience is required—whether you're brand new to the sport or have been playing for years, there's a place for you!

Players are placed on one of three teams based on skill level, allowing everyone to learn, improve, and compete in an environment that fits their current abilities. Our goal is to help every athlete develop fundamental volleyball skills, build confidence, make new friends, and have fun while learning the game.
