• Advance Notice: Please submit your order at least 1 week before your child’s birthday. We are unable to accommodate same-day, next-day, or same-week requests.

• Double-Check Your Details: Because all sales are final and we cannot accept refunds or customizations, please take a moment to ensure your request is accurate before submitting.

• Name Display: To keep things simple, only your child's first name will be displayed. If you'd like, you may opt to add the first initial of their last name!

• When It Runs: Your message will shine brightly for a full 24 hours (Midnight to Midnight) on your child's actual birthday—including weekends and holidays!
