Hello Wrestlers,

 We are excited to kick off our 2025-2026 season. We had a lot of fun and success last year, and we are excited to keep building the program. This year we will separate into three groups depending on numbers beginner and advanced elementary and Advanced/Junior High wrestlers. Here is the information for both groups.

Beginner

Who: Wrestlers that are new to the sport or do not plan on wrestling at the weekend tournaments or super state.

Ages: Pre-K – 6th Grade

Dates: Practice will begin on November 12th. This group will practice Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM. This team will practice from November 11th – January 14th. Dates may be subject to change depending on the High School wrestling Schedule.

Cost: $ 65 per wrestler and includes a T-Shirt. Each wrestler will be required to purchase a USA-limited Folkstyle Athlete Membership. This cost is $20.00 and provides secondary sports accident insurance for your wrestler. This card can be bought at www.usawmembership.com

The goal for this Team: The team will be taught the basics of wrestling. This will include basic move sets and match mechanics. Practice will be geared towards developing interest and love of the sport.
