Use this form to register for the camp. Registration completed before June 1 will include a T-shirt.

Once registered, please come to Skyridge High school June 12. Check in will be from 8:30-9:00am for the morning K-4 Session. Check-in for the afternoon session 5-8 will be 12:30-1:00pm. If a shirt was included in your registration, you may pick it up on the first day. To arrive, enter through the south doors below the main gym entrance. The wrestling room is located in F87, in the basement of the athletic wing.

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
