Hutto ISD Licensing Program
Vendors, whether a company or an individual, who intend to sell goods or merchandise for a profit bearing the name, logo, spirit marks or wordmarks of Hutto ISD must receive prior approval under the District's Licensing Program.
The Hutto ISD Trademark Licensing Program requires a $100 annual fee. The District will review each request to determine if logo privileges will be granted.
Quarterly Reporting: Licensees will report sales of Hutto ISD-branded merchandise each quarter and remit a 10% royalty of licensed products to Hutto ISD.
