Dance is on Saturday, October 3rd, from 8pm-11pm in the MHS Competition Gym. All students and guests must arrive at the dance by 9:30pm to be admitted.

Tickets are $30 each. NO REFUNDS. Ticket sales will close on Friday, October 2nd at 4pm. NO tickets will be sold at the door.

Each student may purchase ONE ticket for themselves and ONE guest ticket. The guest ticket can be for a date/guest that attends MHS or a date that does not attend MHS.

If a guest does not attend MHS, they MUST get a dance guest permission form from the main office, AP office, or download it when they purchase the ticket in SuccessFund. It is due SIGNED into your AP's office by 3 PM Thursday, 10/1.

If the guest is a student at another school, including LCHS students, the form MUST be signed by their principal. If they are home-schooled, it must be signed by the parent.

Guests MUST be in at least 9th grade and cannot be older than 20. Guests WILL be asked to show an ID when they check in and they MUST check in and depart the dance with the student that bought their ticket.

If a student’s guest gets in trouble at the dance and is asked to leave the event, the ticket purchaser will also be asked to leave.

There is a special event dress code, attire should be tasteful and appropriate. If the administration finds attire inappropriate, students may be asked to change before granting entrance. Girls generally wear dresses with shorts underneath and boys usually wear jeans or khaki pants with a button-down shirt. Dress is semi-formal.

Only tennis shoes are allowed on the gym dance floor. If students are not wearing footwear appropriate for the gym, they will be asked to remove their shoes.

No concessions are sold at the dance. There is no need to bring money. Water will be available.

Your receipt is your ticket to get into the dance. No tickets will be sold at the door. Sales close on Friday, October 2nd at 4pm.

Drop off for students not driving is in the front of the school at the bus ramp doors (Door 5) to the right of the West Cafeteria. Parking for drivers is behind the school through the doors that enter by the gym and concession stand (Door 45).
