4th Grade T-shirt Order Form

We are excited to offer this opportunity to order a T-shirt for the end-of-year celebration!

Order your white T-shirt—either Future Eagle or Future Mav—for $8.00.

Students will wear them to their intermediate school visit on April 29 and again for end-of-year celebrations—then sign each other’s shirts on the last day!

Open house at Maize Intermediate School and Maize South Intermediate School on April 27 from 6 to 7 p.m.
