Ogden City Adult Wrestling Club

This program welcomes adults ages 18-65 who want to learn wrestling fundamentals and build strength through coached practice.

Practices every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm at the Ben Lomond Athletic Center, located on the south side of the gym. The season costs $50 per wrestler.
