2 Day Summer STEM Class

Congratulations! Your hard work in the classroom has earned you a spot at our exclusive 2-day Summer STEM Class this June. Get ready for hands-on learning in science, math, and engineering at the beautiful Ophir Canyon Education Center!

When: June 2nd & 3rd (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Where: Bus departs from Tooele High at 8:15 a.m. sharp and transports kids to Ophir Canyon Education Center. The bus will return each day to Tooele High at 4:00 p.m.

Delivery Instructions

I release the foundation and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. CHALLENGE COURSE WAIVER - Please print and sign and bring it with on the first day of class.

Attention: A signed Challenge Course Waiver is MANDATORY for all participants who choose to participate in the Ophir Canyon Education Center Challenge Course while at STEM Camp. Students must bring this form, signed by a parent or legal guardian, on the day of their STEM class. Please note that students without a completed waiver will be unable to participate in this activity.
