Registration covers bus transportation, lunch, snacks, water, a T-shirt, materials and supplies, and instruction. Students must dress appropriately for an outdoor experience. Closed-toe shoes, a hat, a light jacket, gloves (if appropriate), and sunscreen are highly recommended.
AM CLASSES: Students will board a TCSD school bus at Tooele High School (301 W Vine Street, Tooele—in the front of the school) at 8:00 AM and depart for the Ophir Canyon Education Center. The bus will return to Tooele High School at approximately 12:00 PM. Please make arrangements to have your student picked up at this time. Students will not have access to the school to call for a ride.
PM CLASSES: Students will board a TCSD school bus at Tooele High (301 W Vine Street, Tooele) at 12:00 PM and depart for the Ophir Canyon Education Center. The bus will return to Tooele High at approximately 4:00 PM. Please make arrangements to have your student picked up at this time. Students will not have access to the school to call for a ride.
