All students wishing to participate in UIL sports can complete a physcial with Dr. Kirkwood on April 24th at CTHS.
Delivery Instructions
All students who purchase an on-site physical at CTHS should report to RM1903 at the start of 4th period on April 24th. Physicals will be administered by DR Kirkwood and associates.
