I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this Kitty Clinic hosted by the South San Antonio HS Dancin' Cats Dance Team on May 9th, 2026 and Spring Show Performance on May 15th, 2026. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.
