DSM Sports Physicals 2026

This is for the Dobie Sports Medicine Annual Sports Physicals! If you are wanting to participate in any UIL activity in Texas (athletics, band, ROTC, Lariettes), you must have a sports physical done every year. This will be $25 in person or online, in advance or at the door. Cash, card, or tap.
