Husky Robotics Orphanage Fundraiser

Over the summer of 2022, one of our mentors spent two weeks in Costa Rica helping to build an extension of an orphanage in Cartago, Costa Rica. This small orphanage of around 26 children, all aged 0-8 years old, is run by a few Catholic nuns and a handful of volunteers. Before he left, our mentor noticed that there were several large appliances in disrepair, kitchenware that was old, cracking, or about to fail entirely, and limited amounts of supplies. He told us that he would like for Husky Robotics to consider fundraising for this orphanage. We are excited about what we can accomplish for these children.
