2023 Beetdigger Open 5k

Every year we raise money through our annual 5K.

We are a growing program looking to continue to improve and progress!

This is our 5th year hosting this event and we are hoping to grow this as a community event filled with JHS alumni and others who love to run! This race is for anyone in the community.

For the open race only Salt Lake Running Company donated a $25 gift card for the overall male and female winner!

Location: Jordan High School Track

Date: Saturday, August 26th, 2023

Pre-registration: Sign up online with your first and last name and pay.

Check-in in the morning at the south gate of the stadium to pick up your bib.

If signing up more than one person as you pay there will be a comments section. Put in the comments the names of all those you're signing up.

**If you want to donate and not race that is just fine. In the comment section just let us know, thank you for your donation!!**

Pre-registration will close Friday,

August 24th @ noon.

Day of race registration for the Open 5k goes from 6:20-6:55 am.

Please come during this time to give sufficient time for registration.

Check-in at the south gate of the stadium to pick up your bib.

Try to get to the starting line at least 5 minutes before the start of the race.

We look forward for you to race our "J" hill!

Course: The course covers the beautiful Jordan High campus with views of the valley and the

Wasatch mountains. It is 5k with a 3 a loop course that will finish on the track. The course is about 80% grass and 20% asphalt/track. Spikes are allowed but only track spikes. No XC spikes on track. The course is mostly flat with our “J” hill thrown into each loop.

Parking will be on the south side of the school.
