DC Field Trip

Washington, D.C. Trip – April 7–9

In order for our Washington, D.C. trip to take place, we must have a minimum of 50 students registered and the initial deposits paid.

Each student must attend with a parent or an assigned guardian who is at least 21 years old. The parent/assigned guardian will serve as the student's chaperone and must complete the required background check before the trip.

The initial deposit is $150 per person:

Student deposit: $150
Parent/assigned guardian chaperone deposit: $150
Total initial deposit: $300 per student/chaperone pair

Please remember that the trip price is per person, so both the student and their chaperone will be responsible for the full individual trip cost.

If we do not reach the minimum of 50 students needed for the trip to take place, all deposits will be refunded.
