WOLVERINE FOOTBALL YOUTH CAMP AND COMBINE

Texico Wolverine Youth Football Camp and Combine is scheduled for July 27-29 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily. Each camper is asked to bring their own cleats and water bottle. This camp will consist of fundamental skills involved the the game of football with the last day scheduled as a combine competition.

I acknowledge that the participant for which I am registering will participate in this event hosted by the school. I release the school and district, its agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage that may occur during the event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any such claims arising from the participant's actions during the event. I have read and understand this release of liability, and I agree to it freely and voluntarily. I certify my ability to do so on behalf of the participant.

Please select the T shirt size for your child. Shirts will be handed out on the last day of camp.
