Skyridge Football 9th Grade Strength & Conditioning

2 Sessions (10 total) - You will attend two one hour sessions each week.

  • Each workouts has a specific focus for that day. You can attend any 2 sessions that fit your schedule but would strongly encourage you to attend a lower and upper body session weekly. Workouts 1 & 3 each week are a lower body emphasis with workouts 2 & 4 being an upper body emphasis.

  • March 13, 14 (2:45 - 3:45 pm) & 15
